No. Belp augments it. Use a Belp number alongside what you have, forward overflow calls into Belp, or route via PBX. Your team still picks up direct calls.

For a standard SMB setup with one routing tree and a 50-question approved-info library, two business days. Enterprise deployments with PBX trunking and SSO usually run 2–3 weeks end-to-end.

Belp captures the caller name, number, reason for calling, and a transcript. It either transfers immediately to a human (per your routing rules) or schedules a callback. The caller never gets dropped.

Yes. The voice tone, formality, greeting, and even regional accent are configurable. We work with brand teams to nail the first 15 words callers hear.

No. Your caller data is yours. We do not use customer calls to train models. Anonymised aggregate metrics (like average call duration) inform our product roadmap, but no content from your calls is ever included.
